Southside's DISCIPLE PATHWAY

John 1:12; Matthew 4:19

A disciple begins with a life-changing connection to Jesus Christ and entry into His family. This connection brings us into a people who walk together in love and unity, openly identifying with Christ and His Church.

Colossians 2:6–7; 2 Peter 3:18

A disciple commits to intentionally growing in Christ through the Word, prayer, obedience, and accountability, learning to live faithfully as we walk in Jesus’s example and to uphold one another in truth and love.

1 Peter 4:10; James 2:17

A growing disciple expresses their faith by serving together, giving generously, meeting needs, and sharing Christ's hope in word and deed.

Matthew 28:19–20; 2 Timothy 2:2

A mature disciple invests in others by teaching, mentoring, and multiplying disciple-makers so that what Christ has done in us is reproduced in others. This fulfills our covenant commitment to walk with others in love, truth, and fellowship as the family of God.
